HFA

I just visited my old highschool for an afternoon. Sunday was the annual recital and softball game and my entire family went, largely because my younger brother is the star of the music program. I brought the video camera and filmed my various brothers and sisters playing trumpets, trombones, and pianos. Afterwords, I made up time speaking to people I haven't spoken to in years. I played soccer which is another thing I haven't done in years. I think that I got better at it during my years of sloth.

I realized something. While I changed a lot over the past two years, my old school hasn't changed a bit. A few different teachers and students, but over all, it's the same place I left two years ago. Everyone and everything was just How I remembered them. It was really kind of weird.

That should change though. The class the was the sophmore class when I graduated is now the senior class. They made up the bulk of the highschool back then and still do now. When they graduate in about a week, a lot should change.

Or so I would think. Perhaps, everything will remain the same their except with different people? All the same dynamics and routines? Probably.
